H my dear friends.excuse my being late for a long time.i was somehow depressed;but i do not know why?

to tell the truth i have no more ambition to keep on writing my weblog .help me what should i do,i don't know what kind of post is more intresting and useful for you?!wethere my weblg is useful or it is consuming of time?!maybe i left it forever.
